Job Description

As a Team Leader/Project Manager in our Engineering team, you will have to will have to plan and organize project requirements and manage the project lifecycle.This means you will be the one communicating with internal project stakeholders and managing project iterations to make sure projects are delivered in an agile manner.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure delivery within schedule
• Coordinate engineering teams towards launching new products and features
• Provide daily coordination and project status reporting to project stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into projects/tasks for the engineering team
• Improve internal processes, remove gaps across teams, and make sure everyone shares the same vision

Profile

• Industry experience as an engineering team leader or project manager
• Previous experience as a software engineer
• Ability to understand commercial requirements and translate them into development projects and tasks
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical team members
• Strong estimating and planning skills
• Previous experience in a digital marketing environment is a bonus
