Job Description

Bottlebooks is an innovative start-up in the wine, beer and spirits business. We’re looking for an inspired and motivated Customer Success Manager to be part of the core team in our Porto office. In this position, you will work on our leading cloud-based information exchange platform.

Responsibilities

  • be a core member of our team
  • work closely with our CEO and all members of the Bottlebooks team
  • communicate directly with customer inquiries and requests on the telephone and in person
  • develop training and help for customers
  • assist customers manage their product work flow
  • become an expert with regards to our product
  • be the voice of our customer to our design and development team

Profile

  • like analyzing complex data and love Excel
  • like tracking and measuring progress
  • need to drive tasks and projects to conclusion
  • enjoy working with clients around the world
  • are organised with your work
  • like to work with and support others
  • are flexible, finding a fast moving team exciting
  • experience as a Customer Success Manager, Project Manager or similar job
  • ability to use quickly use Excel/Google Sheets
  • excellent communication skills in English
  • a history of managing and completing task and projects
  • knowledge of software development, or experience in a software company
  • experience developing or conducting trainings
  • fluency in other languages
