Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for hosts
  • Managing all the available solutions in order to enable them to take advantage of a community marketplace with millions of users
  • Joining a team specialized in offering support, through written communication/phone
  • Internal growing opportunities based on performance

Profile

  • Native/ Proficient (C2) French level
  • Advanced level of English (C1)
  • Remote work requires a high-speed Internet Service with a basic landline telephone service
    • Ethernet Port available
    • Please use the speedtest to check your internet,
      • PING 100 ms maximum
      • DOWNLOAD 5.0 Mbps minimum
      • UPLOAD 3.0 Mbps minimum
  • For non-EU applicants, a valid work permit is required
