Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is looking for a General Ledger Specialist (m/f).

Responsibilities

- Create fixed asset master record;
- Load/Apply asset adjustment postings;
- Depreciate fixed asset;
- Retire fixed asset;
- Asset verification;
- Receive approved charges and relevant cost object codes;
- Process intercompany invoices from local entity;
- Process intercompany invoices to local entity;
- Upload internal charges and relevant postings;
- Receive and reconcile intercompany transactions;
- Support internal audits;
- Manage external audits.

Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Business;
- Fluency in English;
- Experience in use of Office applications and ERP system application (SAP preferred);
- Record to report experience or experience of working in a finance environment;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable person;
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
