Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master (m/f/d) IoT who is responsible for the development and continuous optimization of usage of agile methodologies. Located in our new Porto office in Portugal, you will collaborate and work in an inclusive and innovative culture, surrounded by some of the best engineers in the industry.   • Act as a Scrum Master and Team Coach for our agile teams
  • Be actively involved in the deployment and continuous optimization of usage of agile methodologies in the development process
  • Drive the scrum ceremonies and ensure organizational alignment on Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions with other Scrum Masters in the organization both locally and internationally
  • Effectively moderate meetings and sessions, identify potential impediments and ensure their removal
  • Enable the development teams to plan self-organized Sprints, and to achieve set goals autonomously
  • Protect the team from outside distractions, impediments or team conflicts, and maintain focus on product backlog and project timeline
  • Recognize conflicts within and outside the team, assist conflicting parties to solve the issues themselves
  • Create a healthy and efficient working atmosphere in a highly demanding professional environment
  • Create organizational awareness around products and process and ensure that teams are properly informed about organizational dynamics



  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master to the software projects
  • Solid communication and moderation skills
  • Practical experience with other agile methodologies: XP, Kanban, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Competitive Engineering, Management 3.0, etc.
  • Courage to generate transparency and solve problems above and beyond hierarchical boundaries
  • Good understanding of IoT Products and associated technologies (cloud, streaming, etc)
  • An open approach to the colleagues, respect for the opinions of others and readiness to seek out straightforward solutions
  • Ability to create and offer a level of trust that also stretches beyond team boundaries
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, both spoken and written. English is our official language
  • Ability to travel to other sites



  • Contract location would be Porto, Portugal
  • Until the COVID-19 related restrictions are lifted, we will remain in the home-office work-mode. Afterwards we will keep flexible work arrangements and home office option up to 50%
