Job Description

We are looking for a Product Owner (m/f/d) IoT to strengthen our team. Responsibilities

• Work on own topics which have been decided to be next on the product roadmap and be actively involveved in the product priorization process
• Work closely with Software Developers and the Product Management department to refine initiatives and measures to workable epics in the product board                                           
• Identify problems in processes and continuous improvements of these processes
• Identify the need to set up individual initiatives with external parties (e.g. vendors, technology partners) including driving the communication and projects with them (in support with the IoT Solution Engineers)
• Take on the role of product owner in the Scrum process and accompany projects from planning to release
• Ensure maximum product value through regular exchange with our customers
• Capture and specify new features for our products, derive solutions and coordinate the requirements within the project team
• Define the UI using wireframes and mockups to ensure optimal usability and feasibility
• Prepare demos and product presentations and conduct them yourself
• Constantly verify and challenge our product portfolio with the requirements of our customers
• Initiate Proof of Concept projects with our (potential) costumers
• Prepare and present decision templates and deep-dives to C-Level

Profile

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, media informatics, software project management or a related field of study
• Professional experience in Product Management, Software Development or Quality Assurance
• Understanding of the typical environments in which our customers operate
• Ability to identify and react on business critical issues and prioritize adequately to resolve them quickly if necessary
• Very good communication skills in English
• A good feeling for graphics and text formulations are advantageous
• Experience with Scrum is desirable
• A meticulous and structured way of working, as well as good technical understanding
