Our platform is directly integrated and used by several banks, some of the biggest world retailers, telecommunication companies and call centers around the globe. Managing BIG Data in Real Time, BySide currently handles more than 1 million calls and 5 million voice minutes per month, providing services such as click2call, call tracking, inbound calls, IVRs, etc

As a Junior QA, you will work on a team that owns the services that support the scale of our business.

Responsibilities

• Proactive contribution to our Digital Marketing Platform and the evolution of our market;
• Preparing test cases;
• Performing formal test plans to deliver software that meets quality standards;
• Participating in test planning and in counting software defects;
• Evaluating software testing process and participate in various IT testing activities;
• Focus to improve quality in software development process.

Profile

REQUIREMENTS

• Familiarity with static software testing techniques
• Experienced with Agile software development methodologies
• A good sense of priority
• Familiar with testing methods, procedures and best practices
• You know how to test API’s
• SQL and basic understanding of relational and non-relational databases
• A technical background (not mandatory)
• Acquainted with testing tools (not mandatory)
• Programming skills is a plus (not mandatory)
