- Develop strong Partnerships and positive references with a portfólio of brands.
- Monitor and grow collaboration with Brands.
- Manage contracts and deliver contractual commitments.
- Business Development and Marketing - act as the main contact for Brands and as a specialist in the Platforme value proposition in meetings (in presence or remote); follow market trends and developments in the Platforme feature set and value proposition; contribute to the negotiation of the brand partnership growth; recommend ways in which the partnership can grow - new products, marketing initiatives, new channels, new customisation features; maintain regular communication with Brand stakeholders at all levels – issue a weekly report with brand trading results; conduct quarterly performance reviews at executive level, share insight on market trends and developments; select the most appropriate format for each message.
- Project Management - Coordinate plans to deliver contracts and growth plans - marketing campaigns, merchandising, amplification through digital channels and Retail, new product development; plan project milestones to stay within the critical path, with contingency, progress controls; mobilize and motivate the team and stakeholders in general, communicating in a positive way; contribute to the development of efficient practices – templates, check-lists, collaboration tools.
- Monitor the eCommerce trading activity - monitor solutions, trading results and conduct initatives to drive growth; conduct regular checks on the User Experience and activity of each trading site (store/ website/ marketplace) where Platforme products are selling; ensure all trading sites are fully functional and performing at the expected level; act on flaws; follow Marketing plans/initiatives of each brand partner; monitor Customer Service activity; ensure adequate response to brand service requests; suggest enhancements to sites leveraging new features available on Platforme technology and improvements on the User experience expected to improve conversion and mitigate Customer Service issues.
- Project Management;
- Excellent Communication skills in Italian and English. Knowledge of any other languages appreciated;
- Leadership and Positive attitude;
- Intelectual curiosity for UX, Product Development, Brand Identity, Pricing, Tech integration, Operational Setup, Risk, Quality control on delivery;
- Experience in Retail, International Trade Management, eCommerce.
- Availability to travel.
