We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join the Sitel team. As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the voice of the brand and create personalized, engaging experiences for our client´s customers.

Widely recognized for providing top financial and credit card services all around the world, as well as other services (travel, insurance, and financial advice).

 

You will support the incoming telephone and written customer inquiries regarding services and product offerings.

Profile

What you need to have,

• Native French
• Outstanding people skills with a passion to help others

Non-mandatory skills,

• Financial services industry experience
• Business-to-business (B2B) customer support experience
• Secure PC handling and technical affinity
• Basic level of English
