Job Description

As part of the Sphere Ultrafast Photonics, you will be joining one of the leading companies in measuring and manufacturing few-cycle femtosecond laser technology, with clients in Europe, US, Canada, Japan, and China. After a training period, we expect you to work independently and take complete ownership of a variety of clients all over Europe. You will handle tasks related with the development of a client portfolio in the EU region. We expect you to visit clients, demonstrate the technology in their laboratories and follow up the sales and aftersales in the EU region. We expect you to develop strong relationships with the company’s stakeholders to anticipate their needs and propose tailored solutions for different clients, market prospection and product needs. Part of your tasks will include evaluation and selection of the right clients for our market, as well as marketing campaigns, trade show planning and preparation.

Profile

The candidate should have a Masters or Engineering degree in Physics, Physics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Fluent knowledge of English and one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish or Portuguese. Proficiency in marketing and sales. 3 years of experience in marketing and sales Ability to structure own tasks and work independently as well as in diverse cross-functional teams Ability to build relationships paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to properly handle problem resolution Comfortable working in diverse environments and adherence to the highest ethical standards
