Location: Porto, Madrid | Hybrid
In this role, you will integrate a team responsible for the long-term profitability by overseeing real-time power plant operations, advanced control systems, data management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will act as an internal consultant, supporting the Executive Director and be responsible for managing the teams performance, analyzing data and driving improvements for the different area leaders. You will also act as an PMO for different strategic projects. You'll need at least 3 years of experience in Project Management roles, working in projects using agile methodologies. Technical background in Engineering (Mechanics, Electronics or IT). Being able to use Power BI tools. English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory and experience in the renewable energies sector is preferable.
