They specialize in renewable energy solutions that help several clients joining the global energy and ecological transition movement. To support their growth, they are looking to hire a Business Analyst (m/f). This person will act as the bridge between Voltalia business lines and the IT teams. The Business Analyst will align with the main leaders of his business line, to understand their needs in terms of IT tools and digital projects. This person will not only collect these needs but also challenge and advise the business leaders on the best solutions and path to the projects. The Business Analyst will be able to collect and analyze market information and do benchmarking analysis to propose efficient solutions to the business lines needs and then translate them to the IT department. This is a strategic position with a lot of impact on the company and the business in general. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in similar functions. Experience in the retail sector or industry sector (energy sector will be a plus) is mandatory. Good level of English, excellent communication skills and great ability to manage different stakeholders on business and IT levels.
