This is an outstanding opportunity to join a multinational business group with a presence in more than 90 countries that manages a wide portfolio of companies in several sectors, including retail, financial services, shopping centers management, software and information systems, media and telecommunications. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for an Agile Coach(m/f). This person will be actively involved and an accelerator for continuous optimization of the usage of agile methodologies in the development process. You will work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters, participating in meetings, suggesting improvements, and giving continuous feedback on agile/scrum procedures and techniques. You should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar function, with great knowledge of Scrum procedures and ceremonies. Good communication skills and the ability to engage with multicultural teams is very important. Scrum certification is a plus.
