Job Description

We are currently looking for talented Sales Representatives, comfortable in an international sales environment and a track record of selling solutions in to the retail sector with demonstrable achievements of new business wins. Responsible for developing new business revenue streams selling a range of software retail products across the UK & Europe. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This will be through a combination of self-generated opportunities and incoming leads as well as working on RFI's and RFP's that are requested from potential clients.


  • New business focused sales role
  • Expected to increase the current footprint in the UK
  • Work closely with the Directors
  • A true first person on the ground role reporting directly into the head-office in Porto
  • Self starter with need of little support regarding lead generation, however there is a strong dedicated technical support team based in the Porto
  • Drive increased performance to help achieve the Company’s ambitious growth targets and help establish a future office in the UK
  • Lead a critical business function and will have responsibility for formulating and delivering the strategic business plan at an operational level
  • Report forecast, pipeline and status on a weekly basis
  • Able to travel 70% of the time
  • Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement
  • Collaborate with IT on sales technology initiatives
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects


  • Educated to degree level; business and marketing majors preferred
  • Five to ten years in a sales representative role; within industry preferred
  • One year of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics
  • Strong intrapersonal skills
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
  • Positive and enthusiastic
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Referrals that can be verified
