Application as reader

A citizen can achieve a reader card, personal and non-transferable, valid in the two Municipal Libraries, allowing him/her to access some of the services available at the libraries.

This service is provided at the Municipal Library of Porto and at the Almeida Garrett Municipal Library, respectively located at Rua de D. João IV, no. 17 (+351 225 193 480) and in Rua de Entre-Quintas, no. 328 (tel. +351 226 081 000).

Note: No fees are owed for this service (unless there is a need for a duplicate of the card).
